The late Kobe Bryant admitted to sleeping only three to four hours during the peak of his basketball career.
“I don’t need too many hours of sleep, man,” Bryant told ESPN in 2006. “I can go off three, four hours. … I can operate, man.”
The former Lakers star would wake up at 4:30am for training, making sure he was always one step ahead of everyone else.
