FItbit has announced a new fitness tracker, going all in on the ‘Luxe’ branding with a luxury styled fitness band that includes a colour touchscreen and up to five days of battery life with a range of stylish accessories to match.
Fitbit Luxe offers a buttonless approach to the fitness tracker, with the tracker the first in their range to feature a full colour, touch enabled OLED panel. You can use the screen to control your tracker, and view stats and more on the band.
While Fitbit Luxe will track the usual, including steps, SP02, Heart-rate and sleep, Fitbit is taking a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing with Luxe.
Fitbit Luxe is launching with stress management tools on the fitness tracker for the first time, a part of the Fitbit Premium package.
While normally Fitbit Premium comes at a cost – $14.99/month or $129.99/year – Fitbit Luxe comes with a 6-month subscription giving you access to Stress Management tools, with guided sessions from the likes of Deepak Chopra as well as added support and deeper analysis of your data, and additional tools for monitoring your food, hydration and weight logging, and menstrual health tracking.

Fitbit will launch the Luxe in three colour options, as well as a special edition gorjana model with Lunar White/Soft Gold, Black/Graphite or Orchid/Platinum Stainless Steel for $199.95 or you can pre-order the Special Edition gorjana Soft Gold Stainless Steel model with Parker Link Bracelet for $299.95 AUD. You can also purchase bands separately as accessories from $49.95.
Fitbit says the tracker will become available ‘this spring’, with the Luxe up for pre-order now on their website.
